The Achievement Centre Team play a pivotal role in raising the achievement of individuals with SEND and/or additional needs, by identifying and removing barriers to learning so that students are able to maximise their potential. Primarily the team work in partnership with teaching staff to provide timely and appropriate support. A caring and supportive environment ensures that student’s diverse learning needs are addressed and personalised learning takes place. Each member of staff has a particular area of expertise but because of the versatility within the team, staff are encouraged to share good practice and further develop their skill to enable their role to evolve as education changes.
